How are you feeling right now?
We are what we think. Thus if we feed positive thoughts to our brain we feel positive and if we feed negative thoughts we feel negative.
Sadhguru, founder of Isha Yoga foundation says,
” we should not let anything outside affect our inside.”
Thus, we may be in great problems or trying situations we need to keep our inner self focussed on the positive. But one may say how can we be positive in unpleasant circumstances. These are a few steps:
Create a positive mindset: This can be done by
1.following a positive quote that inspires you.
2. Reading atleast a page of inspirational material daily
3.introspect and observe the happenings of the day as a witness. Learn from your mistakes
4. Forgiveness
5. Believe in yourself
6. Practice gratitude daily
Secondly we need to create healthy boundaries from people and situations that are not conducive to our growth
Thirdly keep your mind centred either on your inner self or supreme almighty.
Thus cultivate positive thought patterns and feel awesome in all situations.
