What do Raj Shamani, Virat Kohli, Robin Sharma have in common with the Ocean?

I am always fascinated by the ocean. The way it laps at the shore, gently clearing all the debris and bringing freshness to the beach with every sweep. Returning again, and again and again…

Relentlessly, Consistently, Patiently.

And maybe that is the secret behind every person we adore.

Many people think success is just fate, good luck or great timing, but they fail to see that behind every visible success story there is an invisible ocean of discipline and consistency.

Raj Shamani, one of the best Podcasters in India, started out by managing college, scaling the family business, and building a personal brand at the same time. Just imagine the intense discipline and the insanely long working hours he must have put in.

Robin Sharma’s first book The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari, was rejected by many traditional publishers. But instead of backing out he self-published and then become the revered brand he is now.

Virat Kohli transformed his lifestyle, diet and mindset to become one of the fittest athletes in cricket, through strict discipline.

They did not become successful overnight, or easily. Only through consistency, dedication and discipline.

So when you want to give up remember,

Success is not a wave, its the ocean.

The daily effort no one sees, the quiet endurance that keeps you going and the courage to rise after every fall.

Be like the ocean. Consistent. Patient. Unstoppable.

Endure the highs and lows of life but never let the deep peace and patience inside waver.

Most people quit at the shore line. The successful ones keep showing up like the waves of the ocean.
