Daily Habits to Improve Quality of Life

Our habits define our personalities. What we do so we become. Hence, we need to cultivate positive habits to improve quality of life. These are the 5 habits I follow for a better quality of life:
Introspection – I usually Introspect my daily activities and find out what I did wrong or what I could have handled in a better way. Sometimes very hurtful and guilty feelings surface, however, I take them as my learnings and try my best not to repeat them.
Mindfulness: I try to keep a track of my thoughts and ideas so that I am not sidetracked from my objectives and try to remain in the present moment
Count my blessings: I try to focus myself on the positives in my life while learning from my mistakes and criticisms
Gratitude: I offer my prayers to the almighty and am thankful to all that I have in my life, thus creating a feeling of abundance and contentment.
Meditation: This helps me stay centred and true to my inner self and also is a constant source of energy for day to day activities.
