What is a word you feel that too many people use?

Today’s world has made life fast paced leaving very little time for self care and introspection.

Thus, day after day we follow the grind without giving our souls any positive vibes.

Being involved in such time bound and neck breaking schedules  people are only using words related to work or their emotions which usually tend to lean towards stress, anxiety and depression.

To come out of this rut and make ourselves more positive we need to make time for minimum 2 activities of 5-10 minutes each in our life.

  1. Exercise and meditation

  2. Reading motivational and powerful literature

Just a few minutes of your daily routine devote yourself to the health of your body, mind and soul and observe the transformation your life undergoes.

Personally for me two books have been life changing

  1. Autobiography of an Yogi: This book convinced me that spiritual progress is possible in today’s world and time irrespective of who you are or where you stay.

  2. The Bhagavad Gita : This book continues to provide it’s timeless wisdom to me in many ways. It’s a teacher more than a book, guiding you from the lowest points in your lives to the pinnacle of spiritual upliftment.
