As we step into a new year a big set of unaccomplished desires stares back at me. I regret not following my resolutions last year. But at the same time I relish some beautiful and unexpected victories that came to me.

My 5 biggest challenges I wish to tackle this year are:

  1. Fitness goals: I wish to start and follow a fitness regime of daily exercise and meditation.  Although I do it regularly,  off late I have not been sticking upto them on daily basis.  The reasons I give myself are many but not any more. I have to prioritize my health this year.

  2. Daily writing: of late I have not been able to keep up to my daily writing habit too. This is a challenge I take up this year to write atleast a few pages per day to keep  exercising my writing muscle and creative thinking

  3. Mental Exercises: I plan to start with mentally stimulating exercises like chess and word games.. but still lack the time and motivation. Need to focus on these areas now.

  4. Procrastination: there are some issues which have been left unattended and some tasks unaccomplished. I wish to deal with them at the earliest.

  5. Service to people: I wish to be of more service to people in the world either through direct help or counselling or adding value through my social media posts, blogs or books.

What are your biggest challenges this year? Do let me know in the comments below.
