My writing endeavour

What do you enjoy most about writing?

My interest in writing goes back to the essays and letters written in school. I loved creating experiences of events and expressing my thoughts on paper.Be it writing an autobiography of an umbrella or a debate on current political scenarios I loved the way my thoughts just flowed effortlessly onto the paper.

Writing has always been an integral part of me. A way of expressing myself and coping with my emotional upheaval. It has been the first love letter I wrote to myself as well as the critic of my behavior. Writing always helped me put myself in perspective.

Today, with advent of social media writing has become a forum to voice my thoughts and concerns. A medium to reach larger like minded people and form connections with a larger audience.

Thoughts when expressed on paper become powerful expressions. Capable of creating a change amongst people.

It doesn’t matter to me if I am a great writer or  not or even if I have a large following. what matters most is the effect my thoughts may have on someone. If I can influence even a single person in a positive way, I would consider my writing journey a success.
