Are you holding a grudge? About?

Holding a grudge is like being stuck in the past while the entire world moves ahead.  Holding a grudge is often quite harmful to the one holding it. As the one whom it is held against may have forgotten the incident altogether. But you are the one reopening the wounds again and again, thus causing stress and pain to yourself.

Prolonged stress can lead to anxiety, depression and ailments like hypertension, diabetes, gastric ulcers, asthma, decreased immunity etc.

Thus,  instead of holding grudges and being stuck learn the art of forgiveness.  Forgiveness frees your mind from the stress and makes you happy and content. Forgiveness doesn’t mean you forget, it means  you learn the lesson but do not let it affect you.

Letting go, brings happiness in your life and improves your health. Thus take a step in the right direction to protect yourself and your health.
