But what do you think keeps me sane in this hustle bustle? These 5 habits that I practice regularly helps me effectively navigate my duties.

  1. Planning in advance and breaking  tasks into small doable activities. This helps prevent the feeling of being overwhelmed.

  2. Maintaining a calm and stress free mind With daily practice of chanting, pranayama and meditation. This keeps me focussed and improves work efficiency.

  3. Brisk walk for few minutes daily. Helps to keep fit and refreshed

  4. Adequate sleep. Keeps body and mind relaxed.

  5. Adequate nutrition and hydration. Keeps the body healthy and fit.

Thus taking care of physical and mental health is paramount to perform any activity to its maximum potential.
