Tell us about a time when you felt out of place.

Feeling out of place occurs when we feel different from the people in our surroundings. Mostly encountered this feeling when attending a conference or a party where there are very few people with whom you are acquainted with. But feelings are what make us human.. feelings make is who we are.

And instead of worrying and whining and avoiding the message sent out by your heart embrace it with both arms. Just feel the sensations… whether of joy, frustrations, sadness, anxiety etc. Just experience their movement in your mind and body. Just try to be a patient observer. Instead of getting attached and immersed in them… just be a witness. Say to yourself. Oh yes, I am feeling lonely or sad or left out… it will just last as long as you hold on to them.

Observing and letting go… brings with it a sense of freedom and liberation. And in such a state there is none other then yourself that can hold you down.

Hence… feel, live, experience and let go…life will certainly be the rainbow of varied colours the ones only humans can experience…
